Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Valfré gear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as final sale or intimate apparel cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
